Just choose your favorite track - you know that one that really gets you going - and enter the number of Dance Break Points you want to earn. During the count in - you can change the number of prep seconds in the app's settings - position your phone near your core - that just means near the center of your body. In a front pocket or inside your belt is just fine. The larger and faster you move, the quicker the Dance Break Points accumulate. Challenge yourself by trying to earn more Dance Break Points each day. And be sure to post your result to Facebook to challenge your friends and family toward a happy and healthy New Year!
